I’ve spent over 15 years working in technological and creative fields, and I love helping people feel confident and comfortable with the devices they use. Whether you need help setting up your new phone, figuring out why your printer isn’t talking to your computer, or just want someone to walk you through video calling your family, I’m here to help you with it.

Growing up, I was always the one the family called when something wasn’t working. “Karen, the printer’s broken again!” That role of family tech guru eventually became something I wanted to offer to more people, which is why I created Hire a Granddaughter. The name comes from a simple idea: everyone deserves to have someone patient and trustworthy to turn to when technology gets frustrating. Someone who will sit with you and go at your pace.

I’m based in the Mt. Dora area and will come to you, so you never have to worry about packing everything up to shlep it somewhere. I hope to see you soon!
