My first meeting with Karen Avizur was at a Tuesday Help Session she provides at the Eustis Public Library for people who want help solving their electronics/computer problems. Since then, she has come to our home and has brought my husband and myself through computer setups, Windows 11 compliance, making our TV streaming system work well, installation of a new modem and smoothing out cell phone problems. She asks us questions, and she answers our questions. She gives us the information we need to make informed decisions about both hardware & software. Through all of this, Karen always has the friendliest, most helpful personality. She is our very own Guru and we recommend her to you, too.
