Do I have to know anything about technology to use your service?

We can build from the ground up if need be. Even if you’ve never used a computer and want to see new photos of your grandkids posted on Facebook on a daily basis, we will go one step at a time to get you there.

How much does it cost?

It’s $30/hr., with no minimum. And if it feels like something might take a long time, I’ll let you know beforehand.

Do I have to buy anything or sign a contract?

Nope, all you need is something that you need help with. If it turns out your computer needs a cord, etc., we can find the best place to buy it at a reasonable price.

What if you can’t fix my problem?

I’m always up front if I know that I’m out of my league. If teaching or fixing something is beyond my abilities, I’ll help you find someone else who can do it.

Can you come to my home?

Yes, I typically do in-home tutoring/tech support. If you prefer to meet somewhere else, like at a local library, we can do that too.

I’ve been scammed before. Can you help me make sure it doesn’t happen again?

Definitely. I know a ton about how to avoid tech scams. I’ve even got a PowerPoint presentation I can do to give you a thorough walk-through of the basics!
